AT HOME SERVICES
Physical Therapy Aims to ease pain and help you move, function, prevent disability, and live a better life.
Typically, you see a physical therapist to address musculoskeletal system conditions related to muscles, bones, cartilage, ligaments, and tendons. In addition, you may also see a physical therapist to address neurological disorders such as Radiculopathy, Strokes, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and many more medical conditions. Physical therapy is a cost-effective treatment option with minimal to no side effects compared to Prescription drugs and Surgical options.
During your first visit with a physical therapist, you will discuss your condition and its effects on your life. We evaluate your pain, test your muscle strength and range of motion, observe how you move, discuss your goals and discuss your treatment plan. Typical treatment includes strengthening exercises, stretching, manual therapy, movement retraining, endurance training, etc.
